Yes. We take the time to study each brief to make sure we can execute the project under the best conditions and deliver on time.
Onboarding
How does it actually start?
A 20-minute scoping call, written brief or video call. We send you a quote within 24h and start as soon as it's approved. No long-term commitment required for Sprints and Campaigns.
How do you communicate during the project?
A dedicated chat channel or email thread. Every delivery goes through a review board where you comment on each visual. Everything is tracked and archived.
Can I see real projects before committing?
Yes. On request we share a confidential portfolio with real client cases, before/after KPIs and pipeline examples. Book 20 minutes to access it.
What brief format do you expect?
The simplest: a written brief with objective, target audience, required formats, KPIs to track, tone, brand constraints. We have a template to provide if needed.
Timeline & delivery
What are the delivery timelines?
24h for the first feedback, 48h to 72h for a full delivery. The exact timeline depends on the brief and the package. We tell you from R1.
Do you handle rush jobs?
Yes, subject to availability. A rush Sprint can be delivered in 24h-48h for an express surcharge. To be discussed in the quote.
Technology & production
Are the visuals 100% AI or is there a human part?
Production uses AI. Art direction, visual casting, styling, retouching, consistency and validation are 100% driven by our creative team.
Is the result really indistinguishable from a photoshoot?
In 90% of cases, yes. On some highly technical shots (close-up teeth, complex hands, realistic crowds) we combine with manual retouching to reach 100%.
What is a proprietary model?
A mini-model trained on a brand's specific style (world, codes, moods, characters). Once created, it guarantees endless consistency across your entire production. On request only.
Rights & legal
What are the rights on the delivered visuals?
Full and exclusive transfer of commercial usage rights. You can use, modify, distribute and keep the visuals with no time or territory limit. Source files included.
NDA possible?
Yes, on simple request, from the very first call.
Is there a legal risk with AI images?
For commercial use: we work exclusively with models that have commercial license terms. All delivered visuals are free to use. We strictly avoid overly strong resemblances to real, non-consenting people or third-party brands.
