Privacy Policy
atlas® is an AI-powered creative agency (images, video, web). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the ayoatlas.com website, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you. By using this site or contacting us through its forms, you acknowledge that you have read the practices described below.
1. Data controller
The ayoatlas.com website is operated by atlas® (“atlas®”, “we”, “us”). For any question about your personal data or this policy, write to us at contact@ayoatlas.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data that is strictly useful to the relationship you engage with us:
- The data you provide to us through our forms (Contact, Start a project, AI Artist application): name, email address, phone number, the name of your brand or organization, links to your social profiles or portfolio, as well as the content of your message and any information you choose to include.
- Technical data automatically sent by your browser (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time), processed by our host to ensure the operation, performance and security of the site.
We do not collect any sensitive data and never ask you for banking information or passwords through this site.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used only to:
- respond to your requests and get back to you;
- review and manage the applications we receive;
- provide, organize and improve our services;
- manage our business relationship, including through our customer relationship management (CRM) tool;
- measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and, with your consent, show you relevant ads on social media;
- ensure the security of the site and prevent fraud, spam and abuse;
- comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Depending on the case, we process your data on the basis of: your consent (the forms you fill in freely); the performance of pre-contractual measures or of a contract (handling your project request); our legitimate interest (site security, improving our services and developing our business); and compliance with our legal obligations.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses two categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary cookies, required for the operation and security of the site (for example a session cookie and bot protection). These do not require your consent.
- Advertising and measurement cookies, in particular the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram), which help us measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and show you relevant ads. These are placed only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
You can also set your browser to limit or block cookies; some features of the site may then no longer work.
6. Sharing your data
We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the site and our business, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality: hosting, delivery and security of the site, routing of our emails, messaging, our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, and, for advertising, Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) through the Meta Pixel. When you consent to advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel shares certain data about your visit (such as your interactions with the site and technical identifiers) with Meta so that we can measure and target our campaigns. We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, our safety or those of third parties.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our providers may be established outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. In that case, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
8. Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above (handling your request, managing our relationship, meeting our obligations), then we delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, the right to the portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us at contact@ayoatlas.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to data) to protect your information. As no system is infallible, we cannot, however, guarantee absolute security.
11. Minors
The site is not intended for persons under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us so that we can delete it.
12. External links
The site may contain links to third-party sites that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, whose own policies we invite you to review.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. Any update is published on this page, together with a new “last updated” date. We invite you to review it regularly.
14. Contact
For any question about this policy or your personal data: contact@ayoatlas.com.
